Tengri Bank

experience: may 2019 - current time

Position:   Ruby Developer

Responsibilities:   Contributing to back-end development for Tengri Bank utilizing Rails 4/5, Ruby 2.3. Team member developing product called Tengri+ which provides for payments, transfers and account balances. Working on a team of 20 developers to write code. Working with lead engineers, developers, QA engineers, product-manager, web-designer and business users to design/build application. Following strict agile process during the project, daily stand up and 2 weeks sprint following by all team live demo. Using Jira to track our stories/tasks. Quickly became familiar with reading errors. Debugging with the use of pry. Tested existing features for bugs, and fixing bugs found. Developed ruby scripts to change and migrate database. Integrated cucumber together with rspec tests to ensure user stories was complete and supported by the platform. Created end-points for Api and used rspec to test ruby codes during development. Also wrote and maintained documentation for these api's end-points.
